I am an abstract painter living in Fredericton, New Brunswick. I am grateful to be where I am today, and all of my past experiences that have brought me here. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Masters degree in my home state of Oregon, I left for a life of adventure. For the next seven years, I was fortunate enough to live as an expat and travel extensively in Asia and Europe, though I always felt something was missing. It wasn’t until my dream job in Europe turned into anything but a dream, that my reality came crashing down around me. I was living the life of someone else, and it was affecting my physical and mental health. I made a decision to leave that life behind, which is what brought me to Canada.
I am now working as an artist and living a life that feels truly me. I love to create beautiful, unique, and happy works of art to share with my audience. My extensive knowledge, passion, and love for art is evident in every painting I create. I am deeply influenced by the world in which I am living. My art is fuelled by a desire to spread beauty and positivity in order to combat the hate we see so often these days. I make an effort to be a force of good in this world of ours.
When I’m not working on my art business, I love reading, travelling, and having a home-cooked meal with my husband. I practice meditation and believe in the power of mindfulness, as I have seen it’s benefits first-hand. It is my sincere wish that we all find the inspiration and drive to become the people we were meant to be. In other words, to meet our full potential.
